We offer two ILM accredited multi-part management development programmes: Learning to Lead and Management Essentials. The programmes are available to all team members and cover a wide range of topics, including self-mastery, business thinking, people management, team building and career development.
We want to ensure all our starters are set up for success in their new role and so we take onboarding seriously. We run a comprehensive programme for all new joiners that includes 30, 60 and 90-day reviews.
We believe that a true learning culture comes from everyone at Zoopla having a place to learn, connect, discover and share together. We’ve created the Learning Hub, which hosts 1000’s of credible resources from places liked LinkedIn Learning, getAbstract and Pluralsight. And there's content designed by our people, specifically for our people on topics like; Housing Market Insights, Building Your Brand Voice and How to become a Data Superhero, with our in-house Zoopligan Specialists.
We offer over 50 apprenticeship programmes, all of which are funded to the maximum value of £27,000 and require zero financial contributions from our employees.
We champion a thirst for knowledge and a passion for lifelong learning here at Zoopla. We offer all employees five additional days leave per calendar year for professional learning and development, and have funding available for academic memberships, courses and exam fees.
